Before Camp

We're here to help you – from registration to opening day. As your weekend retreat approaches, watch for informative emails for camp preparation. Need help with registration? Give us a call. Our registrars are happy to help! 830.620.4263

A note about ages: The majority of our campers are elementary-aged, but we have several teen campers who return each year who look forward to this weekend with their mother. We are attentive to providing teaching and activities appropriate for all ages, but don’t be surprised by the heavier attendance of elementary-aged girls!
Getting ready

During Camp

Fun starts on Friday: Arrive between 6:15 – 7:00pm (First Activity starts at 7:00pm)
Saturday: Activities and teaching
Sunday: Depart between 10:15am – 11:00am

Lodging: Mother and daughters will stay in cabins together with other families by age. If you have a request for someone you would like to room with, log into your account and complete a roommate request one-week prior to your retreat.

Adult: $230/per person
Child: $115/per person

Pricing includes lodging, meals and programming supplies ... even a cool t-shirt!

Payment Details

A non-refundable $50 deposit per attendee (ages 2+) is required to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable deposits may be transferred to a Family Camp or Retreat within a year of the event. The remaining balance is refundable up to 30 days prior to event. View our full policy here.
